A specialist in ancient harp music of Scotland, Ireland and Wales, Bill provides sensitive accompaniments on both kist o dreams and Bairn's Kist. Bill's captivating artistry and his mastery of psaltery, gut-strung medieval harp, wire-strung clarsach, bray harp and gut-strung lever harp is evident on these and his many other releases, solo and in ensemble.

Olivia Ross
Olivia plays fiddle and voila on Bairn's Kist. Recording was a welcome opportunity to get together, since Olivia had been off in Newcastle, where she graduated with a Folk and Trad Music degree. Now she teaches fiddle in the Highlands as a day job, and is a member of the very fine band - The Shee.
